Ain’t That A Shame

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has determined that the probable cause of the June 22, 2009 Red Line crash that killed 9 people was a malfunctioning of track circuits as well as Metro’s failure to use a test – developed years earlier – that could have identified and prevented the problem.
