Baltimore’s Best

Baltimore Public Schools sucked in the 1800’s too. So the Gilman School was born.

Baltimore’s public schools “gave off a nauseous odor,” in the words of the city’s own health commissioner. They were cramped and dingy, had no place where their pupils could play.

Do people still believe this?

Sure Mike the Ravens are for real. I wish for once all those for real teams would actually win.

Isn’t this some crazy. A foster mother was found to have two children in her freezer after on little girl was found wandering the street after escaping from a 2nd story window.

Some sound advice from Davenetics for Joe Biden, on the debate with Palin. Never answer anything using more than three words. Yes, no. I’m not sure. Then just let her go.

If you don’t vote think about doing it this year. Time is running out. Cooper has some suggestions to make it fun for ya in Stand in the Place that You Live.

Rain Out

In baseball on September 27, 2008 at 4:43 am

I wonder why I went to a game of a team in last place, a team which hasn’t had a shot in years, and in questionable weather at that?

It was the last game of the season and I’m loyal, is my only answer. They canceled the game in the 7th inning due to the rain, maybe torrents of water would be a better word. Orioles lost their tenth game in a row. There were maybe ten thousand people in a stadium which holds  about fifty thousand.  When I was in fifth grade that stadium would have been at least half full even on a night like this, most often completely full, but then they were winning then.

How many years must I wait?
